Please ensure you have a clean, well-lit area for our specialist to work. We recommend having a light meal an hour before your appointment and ensuring you have a valid government-issued ID ready for the consent form.
Are the piercing needles and jewelry sterile?
Absolutely. We use medical-grade, single-use sterilized needles and our jewelry is made from implant-grade titanium or 14k gold. Each kit is opened right in front of you to ensure maximum hygiene and safety.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a small convenience fee.

Do you offer piercings for minors?
Yes, we provide earlobe piercings for children aged 6 and up. However, a legal guardian must be present during the appointment to provide consent and sign the necessary documentation.
