Due to the sterile nature of our professional piercing equipment and jewelry, we can only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed aftercare products within 14 days of purchase. Please note that service fees for home visits are non-refundable once the appointment has been completed.

Pack the items securely in their original packaging and include your authorization code to ensure your return is processed correctly.
